Publication & Review Policy
Journal of International Peace and Security (JIPS) welcomes articles on contemporary issues related to international peace and security from any aspect such as political, social, economic, environmental, and strategic, etc. Accordingly, we are pleased to consider submissions on any topic of social sciences, preferably, but not exclusively, on issues and areas related to security and peace in the contemporary world.
REVIEW POLICY
The journal follows standard double-blind peer-review procedures with regard to all academic articles. This involves sending scripts out to one national and one international reviewer. The anonymity of both the contributor and the reviewers is maintained.
Decisions:
Manuscripts are evaluated anonymously by outside experts, whose recommendations are considered in the editorial decision. The decision-making and review process can take about 3-6 months. The contributors are communicated and informed about progress on their submissions and decision with regard to the publication of their papers.
Authors are requested to STRICTLY OBSERVE THE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES to avoid rejection of manuscripts.
Instructions for Revised Manuscript Submission:
The authors must ensure that they have responded to all the comments by the reviewers and/or the editor, in detail, in the author's response letter. The author's response letter must not contain the author's name.
The authors must ensure that they have uploaded the revised manuscript files.
Call for Papers and Submission Deadline:
The papers for the upcoming issue (2020) of the journal can be submitted/are accepted by the end of June 2020.
